The post - apocalyptic world for Jackie Fraser

Boston based designer Jackie Fraser for  the Fall 2013 was inspired by the idea of a beautiful post - apocalyptic world.

The notion that the Earth would come back to life in a much more beautiful way than ever imagined.

Leather is used throughout the Fall 2013 collection in pieces such as , pants, jackets, vests, and accents on dresses. The collection features gr eat leather and shearling jackets, an asymmetrical vest and a calf hair/leather bomber jacket.

There are also several classic button - down tops offered in silk chiffon prints, and also in a red cotton gauze with black leather trim and collar.

Fraser Swan explains, "I feel as though this Fall 2013 collection shows the true aesthetic of my brand.

I continue to use unique fabrics and cuts that keep my collections exciting and different from other contemporary brands."
